TR-300+ filtration is limited to particulates. It removes neither gases nor vapours and supplies no oxygen. The system therefore cannot be used in an oxygen deficient atmosphere. It is not intrinsically safe for an explosive atmosphere. A different exposure requires selection of an appropriate approved system and configuration; a cartridge is not a solution to oxygen deficiency.
