The 3M Speedglas 126000 inside cover protects the wearer side of your passive lens assembly. In a 90 x 110 mm format, it is replaced as soon as it is pitted, scratched or too dirty, and it preserves the shaded lens behind it. Sold in a bag of 2, it is used with the passive assembly (R06-0000-P10) and its replacement (R06-0005-P10) lenses in shades 10 to 13.
No returnable if used. For more information about our return policy, please refer to the Orders and Returns.

In a passive cassette, the shaded lens works sheltered between two clear covers. The 126000 is the inside one: it protects the side facing the welder and keeps the lens clean. Its published 90 x 110 mm format makes it easy to recognise the right part for the 9100 passive assembly and for the G5 passive configurations named in their instructions. When it gets marked, you change the cover rather than the lens: simple upkeep that preserves the fixed-shade lens and gives you a clear view of the joint again.
The 9100 passive instructions pair the 126000 with the passive assembly (R06-0000-P10) and the replacement (R06-0005-P10) lenses. The G5 instructions also mention it for their passive assemblies. The reference of the fitted assembly confirms the fitting; the 126000 goes with compatible 9100 helmets and the M-407SG and M-409SG headtops named by 3M.
Open the passive cassette as instructed, identify the inner face and replace the clear cover. Close the cassette, then check the order of the components and the retention of the lens and its cover.
A soft cloth is enough for routine care. Check the cover before each use: deep pits, scratches or stubborn deposits signal that it is time to change it.
The 126000 is used in a complete passive assembly, with a lens shade suited to the process and an outside cover. A cracked cover is replaced before welding.
With the 9100 06-0000-P10 passive assembly and its 06-0005 lenses, as well as the G5 passive assemblies described in their instructions.
No, it is reserved for passive assemblies. The G5NC uses the 06-0200-21 cover, and the G5TW and G5VC use the 06-0200-40.
That is how the 9100 instructions write this same reference; it is indeed the same cover.
2 covers, enough for one replacement plus a spare kept with the helmet.
The 9100 passive instructions list the 06-0200-51, 06-0200-52 and 06-0200-53 outside covers: standard, scratch resistant or high temperature.
With a passive filter, the welder keeps SecureFit SF401 glasses (YASF401) under the helmet and Endura split-leather gloves (G603) with 15 inch cuffs. Corded Classic earplugs (OA111), leather spats (VCSPL4) and flame-resistant FR-Tech cargo trousers (V7765) complete the outfit.
When preparing maintenance of the same passive system, check the standard (R06-0200-51) plate and its hard-coat (R06-0200-52) version for the outside face. The magnifier (R06-0500-56) supports work that calls for a closer view of details. The assembly (R06-0000-P10) and replacement lens (R06-0005-P10) help identify the other system components before working on the helmet.
